Returer - Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving it, assuming they are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Any original packaging, including tags or boxes the item came with must be included. Failure to comply with this policy will mean any returns are only accepted at our discretion.

Should you wish to make a return you need to contact kund@hermanaccessory.se in order to receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received and approved your return, we will make payment to you in the value of the returned product. You will receive an email notification when the return is completed. It can take 5-15 days from receiving the return to completing the refund. Any return costs are paid for by the customer.
